Requirements To make the session and time we devote to it as valuable as possible, you should have read some or all of The Gift: A Sensual Journey into Personal Alchemy prior to the session. The Gift may be obtained from Soul Food Books and purchased online or in the store in Redmond. Please bring a journal or notebook and pen for the session as this is part of the process. Fees Session cost are based on length of session, location, your goals and personal quest, and materials provided. Payment is by check (with a $30 fee for returned checks). We do not accept credit cards. Length of Sessions 60-90 minutes; or longer sessions of 2+ hours which more closely resemble a private class. Location Sessions will be conducted on Whidbey Island near Seattle or in Redmond or Kirkland, WA and nearby. Telephone Sessions Submit questions and goals beforehand.
